At Criatsy, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if something does not meet your expectations, we apply the following returns policy, in accordance with the legislation in force in the European Union.

✅ Right of Free Withdrawal (30 days)

Under the law, the customer has the right to return the products within 14 consecutive days after receipt, without needing to state the reason.

However, we give a period of 30 days for returns.

Product(s) to be returned

📦 Conditions for return:

The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use or damage.

It must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

The return costs are borne by the customer (except in cases of our error or damaged product).

🔄 Refunds

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

It will be made within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

If the product is damaged, incomplete or used, we reserve the right not to refund or apply a deduction.

❌ Products not eligible for return:

Customized or made-to-order products (when indicated).

Products with signs of use, damaged or without original packaging.

🛠 Product defective or damaged in transit?

If the product arrived damaged, send us an email within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photos of the item and packaging.
